Quarter sawn oak not only looks better, it is better. Quarter sawing creates cuts that radiate outwards from the center of a tree. The result is increased strength, stability and resistance to warping and cupping. And that unmistakable quarter-sawn grain. They’re available in four colors (Natural, Butterscotch, Gunstock, Wheat) and topped with seven coats of aluminum oxide UV-cured water-based urethane.
